Jason C. Bass is the first-ever Director of Culture and Impact for Hyatt. He is currently the Director of Culture and Programming for Thompson Atlanta-Buckhead and Thompson Dallas. Jason C. Bass is a distinguished leader and influencer within the hospitality industry, celebrated for his innovative approach to integrating culture and identity into travel and luxury experiences. His visionary leadership has been recognized widely, culminating in features across prestigious publications such as Black Enterprise, Travel Noire, Travel + Leisure, Hospitality Net, The Washington Post, Yahoo News, ABC News, and CBS Saturday Morning.

Throughout his career, Jason has been honored with several accolades reflecting his impact and dedication. The Night Brunch
